    Default Can you give me a clue

    Have read other posts but not sure.
    Pulled something under right buttock when running in december,which gave me slight pain when putting foot forward or sitting.i can feel it when doing hamstring stretches after classes at the gym.but haven't run since.but yesterday in a circuit class had to speed run a short distance and felt a real pain now cannot hardly put my right foot forward.what do you think?

    Probably the combined hamstring tendon, where it attaches to the ischium (pelvis). It could be tendinopathy or could be a small tear.

    Either way the treatment initially should involve rest and ice followed by stretching and massage to improve the condition of the muscle.
