Default Left Hip/Knee pain...

Hi, im a Taekwondo athlete, currently out of training, (have been with this injury on and off for nearly a year)
Im currently seeing a chiropractor, who has found my Pelvis is out of alignment, and am gettin that sorted now.
But everytime i train, e.g. running, or doing kicks. I get a great deal of pain and discomfort in my L Hip Flexors, and around the supporting L knee.
I have had massage therapy done, worked, but as soon as training was over back to square one.
Would love to get back into training, so any tips on exercises, or where to go, would be much appreciated
Thank you
Gary

Check out the book "The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion" by Pete Egoscue. It will walk you through a series of exercises to change your posture. This will be a great compliment to the chiropractic sessions you are doing. Good luck.
