Default hurt groin/hips

hi,
lately i have been having problems with my hips/pelvic girdle for the last week or so. i tried sprinting the other day (as part of interval training) and suddenly my pelvis felt looser than normal. i continued running and it felt worse forcing me to stop. I have tried lying down and doing pelvic floor contractions and transverse abdominal strengthening which helps, but standing up gets me back to where i started.

most of the pain is gone, however i still feel a awkward pain from just underneath my buttocks following into the front of my pelvis ( between hips and knee, a little bit of referred pain about 1/4 going down my leg). the pain seems to concentrate right at the joint between femur head and the pelvis on my right side

i had my physio check if pubic symphisis might be displaced (which they found it isnt), but this is a problem that has arisen several times over 6 months. in the past i rested and didnt do any exercise, but this time it seem especially worse.

internal rotation of the femur reproduces the pain (more towards the front-right side of the groin as well as passive hip flexion. Im not sure of how significant this is, but in the past i have consistently bruised the region around the posterior superior iliac spine on both my right and left side.

thanks for help!
