Default subluxation?

Hi, i have been experiencing an unusual feeling in my right hip. It feels as if my femur is popping out forwards. obviously its not coming out entirely but its very disconcerting and quite uncomfortable. If i push my hips forward it sometimes clicks slightly and feels ok but loose. Can anyone suggest what this is and how i can treat it?

Thanks, T.

Hi
I think it is worth getting it checked out by a suitable professional.
Try your Doctor first and if not, try a physio.
I'm afraid I can't really give you any idea what could be going on without assessing you as the hip joint is very complex.
Strengthening the muscles surrounding the hip may help, provided this is not painful?
