Default Obturator Internus / Pelvic Pain

I'm a 40-ish female triathlete, etc. 3 yrs ago I developed pain on the interior of my pelvis structure. First Radiologist reading my MRI said "head of femur fracture." Sports Med Orthopod read it as "stress fractures/reductions in inferior pubis ramis." Now, 3 years later, the stress fractures - wherever they were - are healed, but the pain persists. Sports Med Orthopod strongly suspect that my Obturator Internus muscles have sustained chronic damage... It's hard for me to stand for long periods of time, running is out of the question.

I am seeing a Pelvic Pain PT in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, I'm curous to know if other's have had similar pain and what Tx options proved fruitful.... massage? Lidocane Injections? Cortisone? etc?

thanks
lk
