Groin Strain Self Help & Prevention Guide

HI

Can anybody tell me if they have purchased this guide Groin Strain Self Help & Prevention Guide?

The reason I ask is I cant decide weather to buy the guide of subscribe to the website to access other info regarding my injury.

I have I have a groin strain but I also seem to have symptoms for Gilmore's Groin and Inflammation of adductor muscles. I was just wondering if both of these are covered in the ebook guide?
