Default Trouble identifying inury

Hey,

I was football training recently anp picked up an injury I havn't had before. Basically, I went to kick the ball and opened my foot out at 90deg and struck the ball with the inside of my big toe area. Something immediately twinged in the area that spans from my groin going back to the bottom of my buttox. I can reproduce the pain by opening up my leg to 90deg.

Anyone any ideas what this might be or the best way to treat it?

Thanks.
