Default supplements to try

have you been told to take glucosamine supplements, possibly in combination with chondroitin as both are linked with the regeneration of cartilage. i am considerably younger than you but have found them very benefical. dont buy them from high street chemists as they contain very little of them and are very expensive. i buy from www.healthspan.com.
