Problems viewing video content
If you are having problems viewing the online tutorials please try the following:
- Make sure cookies are enabled to a sufficient level
- Make sure that active x controls are able to run and that your browser is not blocking active x
- Ensure that you have the latest versions of both quicktime and flash players (the tutorials will not run on older versions)
- Download Quicktime player here
- Download Flash player here
- Try to view the tutorials using a different browser
