Resistance Band Tricep Extension Exercise
The tricep extension exercise works the Triceps Brachii muscle at the back of the upper arm.
Teaching Points
- Attach the centre of the band to a high, stationary object.
- Hold an end in each hand with the elbows bent and forearms parallel to the floor.
- Straighten the elbows, keeping the upper arms still.
- Slowly return to the starting position.

- Overhead tricep extension with a resistance band.
