Teaching Points

  •  Stand up and reach above the head with one arm. 
  • Lean over to the opposite side. 
  • Hold for between 10 and 30 seconds. 
  • Change sides. 

Variations

  • Use both arms above the head.

  •  Quadratus Lumborum. 
  • Internal Obliques.
  •  External Obliques.
