Swiss Ball Tricep Dips
Tricep dips work the triceps muscle on the back of the upper arm. Doing the exercise on a swiss ball rather than a bench makes it more difficult.

- Place your hands on the ball so your fingers are pointing at your back
- Hold your weight between your hands and feet.
- Start with the elbows straight and slowly bend the elbows, lowering your buttocks towards the floor.
- Do not allow the buttocks to touch the floor, or the upper arm to move past horizontal.

- Anconeus.
Alternative exercises
- Tricep dips using body weight.
- Overhead tricep extension using a resistance band.
- Jawbreakers.
- French press.
