Our programs have been created by leading Sports Physiotherapists based on what they would do with their elite players, but adapted for use by anyone.
Simply follow the daily tasks lists of treatment and exercises for each phase. Treatment and exercises have video demonstrations with the appropriate number of sets and reps.
You only move onto the next phase when you have reached specific criteria. The app records your progress each day. In app support answers any questions you may have.
