What sort of feet do you have?
Do you have a very high, rigid foot arch?
Do you have appropriate running/sports shoes for your foot type?
Are you overweight?
Do you have tight calf muscles?
Are you sports shoes in good condition?
Running shoes should be changed every 6 months or 500 miles. But this does depend on your weight and running style.
