Do I have Plantar Fasciitis?
It is likely you have Plantar Fasciitis
Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis include pain under the heel which may radiate into the arch. Often pain is worse in the mornings but eases off as your foot warms up, only to return again when fatigue sets in. You will not have pins and needles or numbess.
It is less likely you have Plantar Fasciitis
Based on your answers it is possible you have a different injury. Bruised Heel and Calcaneal Stress Fracture both have symptoms of pain under the heel which usually improves with rest and gets worse with weight bearing activities. If you have numbness or pins and needles then Lateral Plantar Nerve entrapment or Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome might be relevant.
