Plantar Fasciitis Massage

Here we demonstrate how to apply sports massage to the arch of your foot. It is used to treat Plantar fasciitis and Plantar fascia strains, as well as, help prevent future injury.

How to massage the arch of your foot:

Massage helps to stimulate blood flow and loosen tight tissues underneath the foot which causes pain.

• Take your big toe and gently flex it, then massage lightly but deeply throughout the plantar fascia

• As it releases take your big toe into further range.

• Repeat this 2 – 3 times
