How to massage the arch of your foot:
Massage helps to stimulate blood flow and loosen tight tissues underneath the foot which causes pain.
• Take your big toe and gently flex it, then massage lightly but deeply throughout the plantar fascia
• As it releases take your big toe into further range.
• Repeat this 2 – 3 times
