How do I get started?

How do I get started?

  1. Select Programs from the bottom menu
  2. Search for a program by Category
  3. Select program to view details & start
  4. Select ‘Todays tasks’ from the home screen.

When can I move to the next phase?

  1. Each phase has an Exit Criteria which you can view at the bottom of the ‘Todays tasks’ screen.
  2. When you meet the specific Exit Criteria for your current phase then tick complete.
  3. You will move to the next phase ready for tomorrows tasks.

How do I go back/forward a phase?

  • From the home screen select ‘My program’
  • Select a phase to view the introduction.
  • Then switch to the new phase.

I need advice about my Rehab Program

The best way is to contact us via the in app support.

  1. Select Admin from the bottom menu
  2. Select Support
  3. Create a support ticket

How much does it cost?

Phase 1 of all programs is free

Phase 2 onwards by subscription:

  • All programs monthly: $10.99 USD – £9.99 GBP
  • All programs quarterly: $ 27.49 USD – £24.99 GBP
  • All programs annually: $65.99 USD – £59.99 GBP

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Profile > Subscriptions
  2. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of your subscription details
  3. Tap cancel
  4. If you delete your account before cancelling the subscription then you may have problems. Apple users try this: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account from within the app:

  1. Select Admin from the bottom menu
  2. Select Profile > My Account
  3. Make sure you have stopped any in-app subscription purchases
  4. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen

Alternatively contact us via in app support or web form to request your account is deleted manually.

I subscribed but cannot access the app

If you have purchased a subscription but cannot access content in the app please try the following:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version downloaded
  2. Close the app and re-open it before trying again
  3. Swipe down on the Home screen to refresh app content
  4. Check your confirmation email does not state payment pending from your bank. Sometimes the customers bank does not allow the transaction or puts it on hold. As a result, your account does not update in our system as subscribed.
  5. Contact us through our online form below. Make sure you give as much information as possible including device, type of subscription and any error messages.
