Resistance Band Wrist Extension Exercise
Wrist extension exercises are useful after wrist injuries such as sprains and fractures, as well as in treating tennis elbow.
Teaching Points
- Sit down on a chair and fix one end of the band under your foot.
- Wrap the other end around your hand and rest your forearm on your thigh.
- Keeping the forearm flat on the thigh, pull the wrist back.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
