A Skip Lateral

A skip drill in a lateral or sideways direction progresses on from the lateral A march drill. It is a more functional or sports-specific rehab exercise, bridging the gap between basic strengthening and more sports-specific training.


Teaching Points:

  • Drive sideways off your toes, with a high lead knee
  • Like the marching drill but more explosive
  • 2 sets of 5 metres each way
