Single Leg Perturbations

Single leg perturbations activate the hip muscles, in particular, the hip abductors. It is a great exercise for working the hip muscles in various angles. It forms part of our calf strain rehabilitation program a swell as a number of others.

Teaching Points:

  • Perform perturbations by moving your leg out at different angles against the resistance band
  • 1 or 2 sets for 30 seconds
