Linear A March

Linear A march or high knee march is a more functional hip activation exercise. It forms part of a number of our rehab programs and bridges the gap between basic exercises and more functional, sport specific exercises.

Advert

This is a functional exercise that helps transition to running and more explosive exercises later on. For example, A skip drills.

Teaching Points:

  • March forwards on your toes driving your knees high
  • 4 sets for 10 metres
