Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment (VISA) questionnaire

 
The Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment Questionnaire (Visentini, Khan, Cook et al 1998) is a quick way of monitoring the progress of jumpers knee rehabilitation. Simply answer the questions below and you will be given your score from 0 to 10 with 0 being poor and 100 good.
